Hi everyone! We're writing to let you know about some changes that are coming your way from the team at Ear Gear. We spent most of 2019 thinking about our customers and how we can better serve you. We launched our new website earlier this month (and we hope you like it!), we've upgraded our shipping processes to provide you with faster, trackable shipping, and we will be rolling out a bunch of new programs that will make it easier for you to shop, save, and show off your Ear Gear.
We also looked at the programs that we were offering that provided a less than ideal experience for our users, and whether we could revamp those to work better. As a result, the Points system no longer exists in the same way that it did. It required people to set up accounts, keep up with passwords, and remember that they have points at checkout. Technology has come a long way and we can take care of a lot of this for you - taking the burden off of you to keep up with your points. As long as you use the same email address for your purchase, we'll keep up with how many purchases you've made, and we'll email you discounts and offers that you can use with the click of a button.
We'll think you'll get a lot of value out of this new program, and that it'll make shopping at Ear Gear a little easier for you.
What about the Points I've already accumulated? Do I lose them?
Absolutely not. Within the next week or so, we'll be sending out an email that converts your points into a discount code. We're rounding everyone up to the nearest $5, so you'll receive a little more of a discount than you would have on the old Points system.
Will I be getting a coupon code?
